Travel Information

By car (From Melbourne)
* Take the South Eastern Arterial (M1) to the Cranbourne exit
* Follow the exit on left onto the South Gippsland Highway (M420).
* follow the signs to Cranbourne/Phillip Island onto the Bass Highway (A420) which will take you through Grantville and past Corinella and Bass.
* Turn right at the roundabout at Anderson onto the Phillip Island Tourist Road (B420) through to San Remo, over the bridge, through Newhaven to Cowes.
* All Seasons Eco Resort is on your right just before you enter Cowes.

Food & Beverage

The all seasons Phillip Island Eco Resort restaurant 'The Café' offers relaxed yet attentive service in stylish surrounds and relaxed ambience. Enjoy the fresh local produce, first class local wine and magnificent views of the surrounding countryside.

'The Café' is open 7 days per week for breakfast, lunch & dinner from 7.00am til late.

The Kiosk overlooks the swimming pool and is ideal for the family on the run offering prepared snacks of sandwiches, rolls, drinks, ice-creams and home cooked meals. A limited supply of milk, bread, and meat packs will also be available for those pantry necessities. Pre-order meals or fresh food for your stay, and have them delivered to your villa when you arrive.

Room Information

The all seasons Phillip Island Eco Resort comprises of 211 villas scattered over 65 acres of undulating land. There are 21 one bedroom studio spas, 97 two bedroom villas and 93 three bedroom villas.

All the Villas and communal facilities have been designed with the environment and energy efficiency in mind but without compromising quality. Eco friendly materials have been used to minimize the impact on the environment. Energy and water efficient appliances have been used where possible to further reduce the impact of the Resort on the environment.

The guiding principles behind the design of the all seasons Phillip Island Eco Resort were to create a world class eco tourist facility without damaging the environment. The motto of 'Do no harm' has been extended to ensure that the Resort actually makes a positive contribution to Phillip Island's fauna and flora.

All development within the Resort conforms to Ecologically Sustainable Design (ESD) principles. Aspects incorporated into the design framework range from choice of building materials, stormwater management, the siting and orientation of the buildings, the energy efficiency of the buildings as well as the reforestation of the Resort.
