Important Information

Please note that reception hours are as follows:

- Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 17:00
- Saturday and public holidays: 08:30 to 12:00
- Sunday: 09:00 to 11:00

Guests who arrive outside reception hours are requested to follow these procedures:

1) On the right hand side of the front door you will see a phone.
2) Dial 299 and follow the instructions from the night service to obtain keys.
3) The following morning, guests are requested to complete their registration and provide car details for parking.

Please note there is no refund on unused nights.

Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID upon check in. Please note that a security deposit of AUD $200 is charged upon check in. This can be paid with a Visa or Mastercard credit card or cash, and is refundable upon check out, if there are no damages or outstanding charges.

Please note that American Express credit cards are not accepted at this property.

Please note that there is a limit of one free underground secure car parking space per apartment. The visitors' car park has limited spaces for a maximum of 2 hours.
