This newly built property has only been open since March 2010 and offers a modern and contemporary decor. The Olsen rooms all feature kitchenettes and a modern decor maximising natural light and cosmopolitan views of the South Yarra/Toorak area. Each suite also features a print from painter John Olsen. The Olsen features a large glass bottom swimming pool, day spa and a contemporary restaurant and bar. It is located right in the heart of Melbourne's best shopping district, cafes and restaurants.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged AUD 60 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10.00 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs AUD 35 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
