| Please note that a 1.5% surcharge applies for payments with credit card. Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in (debit cards will not be accepted). The credit card will be pre-authorised with an amount up to AUD $500.00 and will be held as a bond. The authorised signatory for the credit card must be a registered guest and must be present at check-in. Access to the apartment will not be granted if guests are unable to meet check-in requirements. The property has a strict "No Party and Zero Noise Tolerance" policy. Those who breach this policy and any other guidelines provided at check-in will be unable to continue their stay. Please note that the reception desk for Docklands Apartments Grand Mercure has relocated to: 2-4 Marmion Place, New Quay, Docklands, Melbourne. Please note that guests may be allocated to a building which does not have a swimming pool. Guests in this building will still be able to access the swimming pool in the other buildings. Guests who wish to be allocated a room in a building with a swimming pool are kindly requested to note this in the 'Special Requests' section during their booking. |
