| Heron Island is accessible by boat and helicopter from Gladstone. The resort runs a courtesy coach to pick guests up from the airport. Additional charges for transfers from Gladstone to Heron Island apply. Please note that the hotel offers free transfers from Gladstone Airport to Gladstone Marina only. The free coach will pick you up from the airport at 10:00, in time to meet the Qantas 09:55 flight arrival in Gladstone, and will arrive at the Marina approximately 10 minutes later. The Heron Islander departs Gladstone Marina at 11:00 (additional charges apply; AUD $99.50 one way per adult and AUD $49.75 one way per child aged 2 to 12 years).
