All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and either a cash deposit or credit card pre-authorisation upon check in. A $200 security deposit is required for all One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Apartments. A $500 security deposit is required for all Three-Bedroom Apartments.

Please note that the apartments are refreshed daily, which includes making of the beds, replacement of towels, and replenishment of toilet paper and kitchen supplies (coffee, tea, sugar and milk) only. For guests staying longer than 7 nights, a bed linen change will occur halfway through the stay.
