Please note that a 1.5% fee applies for payments made with Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard credit cards, and a 3.5% fee applies payments with American Express and Diners Club credit cards.

Bookings made over New Years Eve are subject to the following policy:

All guests must present a credit card upon check-in. Regardless of pre-payment; a credit card will be required at Reception on arrival. A further amount will be held on this credit card as a security bond for return of the keys and to cover any other incidentals you may incur.

Any guest arriving without a credit card or a credit card with no funds available will have their reservation cancelled and all monies will be forfeited. Please note an EFTPOS or Cash Card is not a credit card and will not be accepted.
