Bookings made over New Years Eve are subject to the following policy: All guests must present a credit card upon check-in. Regardless of pre-payment; a credit card will be required at Reception on arrival. A further amount will be held on this credit card as a security bond for return of the keys and to cover any other incidentals you may incur. Any guest arriving without a credit card or a credit card with no funds available will have their reservation cancelled and all monies will be forfeited. Please note an EFTPOS or debit card is not a credit card and will not be accepted.
