Please note that reception hours are 07:00 - 21:00 from Monday to Saturday, and 07:00 - 20:00 on Sundays.

Please note that guests who have made the booking on the date of arrival must check in before 21:00. Guests intending to arrive after 21:00 are requested to call the hotel before 19:00 on the date of arrival, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that this hotel will not accept any reservations for groups in which all guests are under the age of 18. Any guests under 18 years of age travelling without a parent or legal guardian must present a signed letter from their parent or legal guardian accepting responsibility for any damages.

Please note that a credit card pre-authorisation will be required upon check in for all bookings.

Please note that a security bond of AUD $300 will be required upon check in for all bookings. The bond is not refundable if there is damage to the property or if any extra guests have stayed without booking.

During the “schoolies” period (17 November 2012 - 9 December 2012), please note that the security bond will be AUD $2,000, and a non-refundable security deposit of AUD $300 will be required upon check in. All guests will be required to sign a copy of the house rules upon arrival.
